A piece of Japan

Japan has been one of the most interesting trips I have ever made and I wouldn’t mind repeating it in a loop.

We took a plane from Malaysia Airlines from Singapore for a very low price as we bought it just after the accident (scary, I know) and landed in Narita. Before flying we made sure to get the Japan Rail Pass, which was the best idea we could ever had. For something like 300SGD, it covers almost all the trains you want to get in Japan and one subway line during 7 days (includes the airport transport).

After landing, we spend a few days in Tokyo and then took the Shinkansen to Kyoto, which we enjoyed a lot more. On the way back from Kyoto to Tokyo, we stopped by mistake in Osaka as we took the wrong train.
By accident, we spend the nights in Kyoto in a love hotel, we didn’t suspect anything about it until we reached the place (well, maybe the low price was an indicator already)
