This was a short trip to Paris, 4 days, in which we spent most of our time finding the perfect lightning for pictures. The one that was especially difficult to take was the one of the Eiffel Tower, which, for a better angle must be taken from Trocadero (subway) and in the afternoon, as sun will impact you and the tower. If you go there in the morning, sun will be shining from the back and the subject will be completely black.

What you can do in the mornings, though, is taking a pic from under the skirt of the Eiffel Tower. You only need to cross the security area (free of charge) and you are good to go. Every street around the monument has a nice view of it, so you can walk around the area and see what suits better for you.

We were crazy in love with le petit dejeneur, which usually includes a hot drink, a juice of choice and some bakery (it’s around the 9€, but it’s worth it as you will be sitting in one of those tiny and cute terraces watching people passing by).

We also went to the Louvre, a must! And took a crazy photo with the Mona Lisa (it felt like a Beyoncé concert):

We took amazing long walks and, of course, drank lots of wine.

This picture was taken from the rooftop of the Pantheon and it was incredibly beautiful. Not only the picture, but going up there and being able to watch all the city at our feet.

A must for us was to take a walk around theChamps-Élysées and end up in the Arc de Triomphe.

On a sad note, I must tell that our trip to Montmartre was terribly disappointing as it was full of people to an extent in which it was difficult to walk around. But that’s the only sawer part to a very sweet trip 😀
Au revoir!
